location on the Red Sea is midway between key steel
markets such as the Black Sea and China. This
provides Solb Steel with a cost and lead time
advantage compared to other international
manufacturers.
Our Factory is equipped with a state of the art Electric
Arc Furnace, capable of producing 1.2 Million MT per
year of prime steel billets. In addition, the Electric Arc
Furnace enables us to produce quality products with
tight chemical specification unmatched by our
competitors. The Billets are then further processed in
our Rolling Mills to produce construction grade Rebar &
Wire Rod as per ASTM & BS standards.
